ADHD coaching is a collaborative process that focuses on practical strategies and tools to help individuals with ADHD overcome challenges and achieve their goals. While therapy or counseling may delve into past experiences and emotions, ADHD coaching is more action-oriented, providing support and accountability to implement concrete solutions for daily life challenges.
The coaching process typically involves regular sessions, either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and schedule. During sessions, we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and progress, and work together to develop strategies and action plans to move forward.
